P.G.
Having worked in software development for over 6 years, he has experience in a range of roles within the software development lifecycle. Initially honing his technical skills in a quality assurance role, he has also worked in configuration management before moving into project management. Most recently, as a program manager, he was responsible for a large-scale development effort, providing project planning and status reporting, risk analysis, and leading process improvement initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma projects. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia as well as having completed a certificate in Design For Six Sigma for Software & IT at Motorola.
Is an experienced program/project manager with over 8 years in the business. She has worked on projects for large multinational corporations as well as small start-ups. R.M has a special interest in working on process management committees and on developing time and quality improvement processes. Recently, R.M. was responsible for the project planning, process development, time management and status reporting for both small and large scale projects, for a major government body. As a graduate of Royal Roads Military College as well has having certificates in Leadership and Management, R.M is a strong Project Manager here at Atimi.
J.T.
A relative newcomer to project management, he has 2 years experience leading large teams as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Atimi. During that time he has developed working knowledge of technologies such as antivirus and SAN solutions, web applications, and color management tools. He has a certificate of Software Systems Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is currently working towards completing his degree in computer science.
S.S.
S.S has over 4 years of project management experience and preceding that was developing & managing software development teams for 3 years. S.S has a background in business management and mixed with his software and project experience this gives him a unique ability to understand all organizational processes and deliver solid results within tight timeframes. When he's not managing projects for Atimi, S.S is working on community projects helping youth fight back against drugs and violence. More recently he was elected to sit on the board of B.C based 10,000 member non-profit organization. As a graduate of the University of Paisley in Scotland as well as having certificates in software development, S.S brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Atimi.
M.A.
She graduated from the University of Limerick in 2003, with a BSc in Computer Systems. She has worked in various recruitment and sales roles and in 2004 joined a leading Irish SAP consultancy, EPC, to establish a high-end specialized recruitment division in the SAP field. Working her way up to team lead, she quickly helped establish this niche recruitment provider and branched out into other high end IT areas such as other ERP systems, applications development, database development, network engineers and mobile applications. With previous localization co-ordination experience and having done her thesis in localization, she joined Transware in 2006, where she worked as a project manager on IT localization and audio projects. She arrived in Canada in December of 2007 when she joined Atimi.
