As of April 5 2010, Apple increased it’s over-the-air (OTA) download size limit from 10MB to 20MB; meaning that any time a user wishes to download an app over 3G or EDGE, the size of the app must be 20MB or less. Users looking to download larger apps have to purchase them through the App Store on their computer and sync their devices through the USB cable.
